David established Core Estate Management in 2006 following a successful career in Property Management both in Ireland and the UK. He has worked in the largest Property Management Companies in Ireland where he gained valuable market knowledge and experience.
David is responsible for the delivery of all property specific services, with wide ranging experience in residential, commercial and facilities management and highly regarded for his expertise on development recovery, estate management strategy and service charge apportionments.
David is acutely aware that in property management proactive service performance and occupier satisfaction are the keys to success in this industry and is at the forefront of developing Core Estate Management’s reputation for providing a fair and un-conflicted Managing Agents service through top level, dedicated and ethical management.
He has also been lead advisor on various asset management and enhancement strategies on behalf of insolvency practitioners. David has particular expertise in resolution strategies on partially complete developments requiring structural/planning/ legal resolution and building works on behalf of his numerous OMC clients during his career.
